Commercial Assistant for SaaS startup, Copenhagen

In the role of Frame’s Commercial Assistant you will be part of a fantastic team and responsible for the analysis, planning and execution of our digital marketing. In addition, you will be the back-office key person for sales and lead management and contribute to promotional activities.

Frame Aps is on a mission to make sustainability mainstream in the construction industry. For that, we develop and market a sustainability reporting platform that our customers love, as it enables all construction industry stakeholders document, manage and improve their sustainability efforts and compliance.

As we want to enable more organisations to embrace sustainability in the Nordics and beyond, we are embarking in a market expansion phase.

Come with us… We are in search of a rising star to join our team as a commercial assistant, and we’re willing to give you tools, coaching, best practices and a few cool models to make it happen.

Is this you?

•    Your drive, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and obsession to deliver a fantastic job is a key contribution to where we want to go.

•    You have a good understanding, and some experience in digital marketing campaigns, you like metrics, and you love results and creating an impact.

•    You excel in communicating, explaining, reporting, documenting and asking questions. All this in Danish and English at native level! Additional Nordic languages are a plus.

•    You have higher education in sales and marketing - possibly academy or marketing economist.

•    You like tech: Super user of the Office Suite & Excel, experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, creative use of PowerPoint. Our commercial operation is based on a CRM, with marketing and sales hubs, a big plus if you’ve experience with that.

•    You are willing to support and master the whole digital product launch in Denmark and in new markets:

•       Market mapping, lead collection, documenting and follow up. 

•       Planning, coordinating and executing online activities across platforms

•       Campaign setup on LinkedIn and Google ads.

•       Analysis and tracking of performance for campaigns and traffic, SEO and adjustment of activities based on analysis results

•       Assistance in trade fairs and event preparation - incl. participation, production of marketing materials, plus various practical and administrative tasks for onboarding customers.

•    Finally! We like people who have a say, and see value in challenging the status quo, while at the same time we value being coachable and an agile learner.


This is a full time position, and you will be based in our great Cph office combining remote.
